My mission is to provide spaces and resources that coach, encourage and strengthen women.
If you desire any or all of these things and you would like to join a community of women
who live with a Christian world view, scroll down to discover how to join live,

Go deeper with God, connect with other Christian women and
invest your time and energy in groups and workshops that will empower you to
live a life rich in your unique, God-given purpose, calling and talents.
Our Signature Group!
Looking for a group that encourages you to deepen your relationship with God and offers you connection and friendship with other women who are hungry to strengthen their walk with God too?
This Strengthen Live! Community Group will help you grow your relationship with God in the company of others. Sessions include themed teaching, scripture, a wellbeing focus and time to encourage and connect with others.
Commitment to this online group is for the whole season you register in and regular attendance is expected with your screen on.
You will need to attend in a private space so that activity in your background does not distract others and to maintain the confidentiality of the group. We aim to be welcoming and understanding if you are caring for a family member of whatever age – we simply ask that you attend in a way that maintains the confidentiality of other group members and does not distract.
Please choose a regular weekly time (there is more than one option so please just pick one Sanctuary session per week to attend) and register for your first session.
If this is your first Community sign up, we will then email you our Member Agreement to sign. Once your subscription is in place and we have received your e-signed agreement, we register you for the rest of the season of sessions.

As well as Strengthen Community membership, it's possible to join a weekly live, Zoom, Sanctuary group.
Strengthen Sanctuary is different from the Substack Strengthen membership, but they are connected – like sister memberships!
1) Sign up to strengthen.substack.com to receive content straight to your inbox. Join for free to receive some regular content or upgrade to become a Strengthen insider and access it all, including the growing archives of articles and podcasts!
Anyone can sign up at any time on Substack.
2) To apply to join the weekly, live, Zoom Sanctuary group, please book a short, free Discovery Call with me.

This community is built by beautiful and courageous women coming together – that’s you and other women like you!
To join the live, weekly, Sanctuary Zoom group, you should first become a Strengthen insider.
This is because the content is deep, accessible and we often discuss community themes in the group. Please note, there may be an additional cost for a Bible Study workbook once a term. You would buy this separately yourself.
Sanctuary group membership is £15/month as a subscription. You can cancel and leave the group at anytime.
Book a Discovery Call with me or email me before registering for the Sanctuary group. We’ll talk about whether the group is right for you at this time.
Once we’ve met, if you’re invited to join the group, then follow these steps:
